Epicurean Escape Weekend: Schedule of Events
Friday, July 17
- 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Welcome Reception
- Location: The Captain’s Quarters, The Lodge at Bodega Bay
- Directions: Captain’s Quarters are located around the corner from the lobby and up the stairs to the left. Please reach out with any questions.
- Details: Wine and light fare will be provided as part of the event. Dinner is not included, but we encourage you to make separate dinner reservations with The Lodge if you’d like to continue your evening.
Saturday, July 18
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Exclusive Freestone Vineyard Tour and Tasting
- Led By: Sonoma Coast Winemaker Justin Ennis
- Location: Joseph Phelps Freestone Estate
- Shuttle Information: Pickup at The Lodge at Bodega Bay. Please arrive at the front by 9:30 AM for a 9:40 AM departure.
- Important: This is a walking tour through the vineyard; appropriate footwear, layers, and sunscreen are recommended.
5:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Once-in-a-Lifetime Dinner Among the Vines
- Created By: Executive Estate Chef Tod Kawachi in collaboration with Outstanding in the Field.
- Location: In the vineyard at Freestone
- Shuttle Information: Pickup at The Lodge at Bodega Bay. Please arrive at the front by 4:30 PM for a 4:40 PM departure.
- Important: Dinner will be IN the vineyard; appropriate footwear, layers, and sunscreen are recommended.

- Shuttle Service: Shuttles will be provided to and from Freestone from The Lodge at Bodega Bay for both the vineyard tour and the dinner. Please meet outside the Lobby of The Lodge for pickup.
