Mitalee Gupte leads Direct-to-Consumer and Marketing for Joseph Phelps Vineyards, where she focuses on building meaningful connections between the brand and its community of collectors and enthusiasts worldwide while driving growth across the DTC business and supporting distribution channels. She brings more than 18 years of global experience in luxury marketing and business strategy at LVMH, specializing in wines and spirits at Moët Hennessy across Asia and the United States. Throughout her career, Mitalee has led high-impact marketing initiatives across both emerging and mature markets, with deep expertise in fine wines and champagnes, luxury brand building, and developing consumer-focused growth strategies. Outside of her professional role, Mitalee is passionate about giving back to the community and mentoring the next generation of women in wine. She lives in the Napa Valley with her husband and their twin boys and enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and embracing adventure as a family.
