Jeanne is a critical asset to the long-term sustainability of Joseph Phelps and its future achievements.
In November 2021, Jeanne Adler was promoted to General Manager, Chief Financial Officer of Joseph Phelps Vineyards. In this role she provides overall leadership to the organization, as well as sound financial management, internal process improvements and steering the winery’s ten-year strategic plan. Her strong leadership as well as robust financial and accounting experience working within both small and larger businesses is a critical asset to the long-term sustainability of Joseph Phelps Vineyards and its future achievements.
Jeanne joined Joseph Phelps Vineyards as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2019. In this essential role, she assumed overall financial responsibility for the organization, working closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to further the winery’s growth and success. Prior to joining Phelps, Jeanne worked as CFO at Sinegal Estate Winery. She began her career with Diageo and held various finance roles including Senior Finance Director, Diageo Chateau and Estates, Global Audit and Risk Director and Financial Planning & Analysis Director. In 2010, she joined Huneeus Vintners as the VP Finance and was promoted to CFO in 2013. In 2016, she was recruited to work for Saxco International, ultimately serving as CFO.
Jeanne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, followed by an MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. She and her family reside in Walnut Creek, CA.
