1985 Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaker Notes Napa Valley experienced a textbook harvest in 1985, with cool temperatures and slow, steady ripening of the grapes combining to yield near-ideal sugar-acid levels. Even the most conservative reviewers agree that it was a banner year, and our current offering has the concentrated fruit flavors and superb balance so typical of the vintage. It's delicious now and will become even more so with age.
