1983 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking Data Grapes were harvested at an average of 22.3° Brix, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged 18 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels before being blended, fined with fresh egg whites, and bottled in September 1985.

Aging/Cooperage 18 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels before being blended, fined with fresh egg whites, and bottled in September 1985.
