1982 Cabernet Sauvignon, Backus Vineyard

Winemaking Data Grapes were harvested at an average of 22.3° Brix, conventionally fermented, and aged 11 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels before being blended, fined with fresh egg whites, and bottled in June 1984.
