1977 Cabernet Sauvignon, Backus Vineyard

Winemaking Data Grapes were harvested at an average of 24.3° Brix, conventionally fermented, and aged 14 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels & 8 months in Yugoslavian puncheon barrels before being blended, fined with fresh egg whites, and bottled in December 1979.
