Aloha and welcome to the Joseph Phelps Vineyards Epicurean Escape in Maui! We are thrilled to have you join us for a weekend of unparalleled experiences amidst the breathtaking beauty of the island. This itinerary will guide you through our curated events on November 7th and 8th, designed to delight your senses and create lasting memories.

For your comfort and enjoyment, please note that Maui in early November typically offers warm and sunny weather, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to the low 80s Fahrenheit. While our events are formal, we encourage you to dress with the climate in mind. Elegant resort wear, such as lightweight fabrics, linen suits, or stylish dresses, would be ideal. Consider bringing a light layer for the evenings as the temperature may dip slightly.

Friday, November 7th

  • Welcome Reception: 4:30 – 6:30 PM Enjoy light bites and some of our favorite JPV wines before heading off to dinner. Located at the Gazebo – The Gazebo is located just beyond Royal Fountain Terrace on the Terrace Level.   • Attire: We recommend elegant resort wear suitable for warm weather. Sunglasses and other sun protective wear encouraged.


Saturday, November 8th

  • Master Wine Tasting: 10:30 – 11:30 AM For your comfort, this tasting will be located inside the hotel in the Pikake Ballroom. 

  • Dinner at Mahina Farms

    • Shuttle Departure: 4:00 PM Meet at the Makai Entrance, designated as the “group lobby” on the map, located on the Terrace Level. Please arrive by 3:50 PM to ensure on time departure.

    • Shuttle Drop Off: 8:15 – 8:30 PM For those wishing to continue the evening, Pilina will be open until approximately 10:00 PM and offers a wonderful ambiance to unwind.

    • Attire: Elegant and suitable for an outdoor setting. This dinner will include a brief walking tour of the farm. We kindly suggest comfortable footwear such as flats or wedges, and avoiding spiked heels. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment of the outdoor setting, sunglasses, layers, hats, and other sun protection are also highly encouraged.
