Joseph Phelps Vineyards has embarked on a major renovation project at the winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley. The winery's interior spaces will be extensively re-purposed to further enhance the visitor experience. The building’s historic redwood exterior, designed in 1973 by renowned architect John Marsh Davis, and outdoor tasting areas will be largely unaffected by this renovation.
Construction began in January 2014 and is targeted for completion in 2015. Planned improvements include: newly created private tasting salons, a Phelps Preferred private lounge, wine library and barrel room, paired with enhanced vineyard views and a new state-of-the-art kitchen will provide an unrivaled Napa Valley visitor experience.
We look forward to the Grand Re-Opening of our historic winery in spring 2015. In the meantime, join us at the Joseph Phelps Temporary Guest Center during our "Year in the Vines."
