Joseph Phelps Vineyards Charitable Donation Policy

Joseph Phelps Vineyards LLC (“the winery”) receives a high number of requests for donations each year.  In order for us to consider a request, the winery requires certain documentation to be retained on file.  Noted below is a list of information we need. We would ask you to ensure that any paperwork provided is valid and current.

·         Formal donation request letter (with event flyer if available)

·         Information on benefitted charity

·         501 (c) 3 number and evidence of current compliance or

·         Tax I.D. number

·         Logistics

For any request for a donation of any kind to be considered, it should be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of the event or the date the donation is required for.
